Trip·Aid has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trip·Aid mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Trip·Aid has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate the accounts of any user who violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service, including trip details, itinerary items, ideas, photos, chat messages, and uploaded documents.

You may report objectionable content and abusive users through the Service. Confirmed urgent reports will be investigated promptly. You may also block other users to prevent further unwanted contact.
Trip·Aid may remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms. We may also take action where required by law or to protect the safety of our community.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Trip·Aid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and share that content within the Service as necessary to provide the Service to you and your trip members.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip·Aid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be asked to accept updated versions before continued access.
